VerthScale ("we", "us", "our") is a growth systems agency operated by Joshua Shaibu. We build sales funnels, CRM automation, AI follow-up systems, and conversion websites for service businesses.

• Submit the Client Growth Blueprint form — we collect your name, email address, business website, and any growth challenge you describe
• Book a strategy call via Calendly — Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences on our behalf

We do not collect payment information directly — any future transactions are handled by third-party processors.

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare and deliver your personalised Client Growth Blueprint
• Respond to your enquiries and schedule strategy calls
• Send follow-up communications relevant to your enquiry
• Improve our services and website

• Supabase — stores Blueprint form submissions securely in a hosted database (EU region)
• Calendly — handles strategy call scheduling. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data collected through their platform
• Hostinger — website hosting provider

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Calendly may set cookies when you interact with the booking widget — this is governed by Calendly's cookie policy.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — typically no longer than 2 years from your last interaction with us. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
